To be accepted for publication, scientific articles must be in accordance with the format of our journal. The articles proposed for publication have to contain justification for their actuality, clear statement of the goals and problems of the study, scientific argumentation, generalizations and conclusions that are of interest due to their novelty, scientific, and practical significance.
The authors of the submitted materials are responsible for the selection and accuracy of the facts, quotations, economic and statistical data, proper names, and titles. The submitted material must be original, at least at 75%, and not previously published in other printed publications.
The editors of the journal accept manuscripts in the following format: the optimal volume of the article is from 3 to 10 pages of the A4 format, formatted in accordance with the requirements (see file below).
The editors reserve the right to make editorial changes (that do not distort the meaning) to original texts, to shorten them, to reject thematically inappropriate or improperly formatted manuscripts, at the same time strictly following the rules of editorial ethics. Manuscripts rejected by the editors will not be returned.

Mail servers can refuse delivering large files. Letters up to 5 MB are delivered without problems.
